Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy is a leading training institute specializing in CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE coaching programs. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Telecallers to support our admissions team by engaging with prospective students and providing information about our courses.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about courses, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and guide them to suitable training programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, and admission appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the education industry.
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking over the phone.
