Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Mathematics
Reporting To
Principal / Academic Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly lesson plans.
- Develop students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations.
- Maintain student academic records and progress reports.
- Identify slow learners and provide remedial support.
- Encourage participation in Mathematics-related activities, competitions, and projects.
- Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Communicate student progress and concerns to parents during meetings and through regular updates.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and revision schedules.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
- Perform examination duties and other responsibilities assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred as per applicable norms.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the middle school level.
- Experience in handling CBSE/State Board curriculum preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: As per school norms and academic requirements.
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
