We are looking for a dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to drive product launch strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping positioning, executing GTM plans, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end Go-To-Market strategies for SaaS products.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target segments.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to launch new features and products.
- Drive demand generation campaigns and optimize conversion funnels.
- Build and manage pricing strategies and packaging for SaaS offerings.
- Track key performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, churn, and pipeline growth.
- Enable sales teams with GTM playbooks, pitch decks, and training materials.
- Establish partnerships and channel strategies where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, or SaaS Sales/Strategy.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and B2B customer lifecycle.
- Experience in launching or scaling SaaS products in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics.
- MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
