Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who are fluent in South Indian and Hindi languages to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in their preferred language (Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Address customer queries, concerns, and provide accurate information
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions and follow up when necessary
- Work closely with team members to achieve targets
Required Languages (Mandatory):
Candidates must be fluent in at least one or more of the following:
- Tamil
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Kannada
- Malayalam
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Customer service or sales experience is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual candidates (more than one language) will be highly preferred
