Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations for Cooktop and Chimney assembly lines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce utilization.
- Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with PPC, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchase departments.
- Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and machine utilization.
- Reduce production losses, rework, and material wastage.
- Ensure timely availability of components and raw materials.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and daily MIS.
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
- Train operators on work instructions, safety, and quality procedures.
- Handle production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
