Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, product launches, weddings, and other event services.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their event objectives and present suitable event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with event planning and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the events, hospitality, advertising, or related industry.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
