We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Solution Manager to drive business growth, merchant acquisition, and revenue generation for the company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting stakeholder meetings, pitching payment solutions, managing strategic merchant relationships, and achieving daily and monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies for payment gateway and digital payment solutions. Acquire new merchants and business clients for services including Payment Gateway, POS Machines, QR Solutions, Sound Box, UPI, and payout services. Conduct business meetings, client presentations, and stakeholder discussions with merchants, partners, and enterprise clients. Understand merchant business requirements and provide customized payment and transaction solutions. Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets through merchant acquisition and transaction growth. Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation, product pitching, negotiation, onboarding coordination, and merchant activation. Build long-term relationships with merchants and key stakeholders to increase business retention and transaction volume. Coordinate with onboarding, operations, risk, and technical teams to ensure smooth merchant integration and support. Prepare business proposals, pricing discussions, MDR negotiations, and commercial agreements with merchants. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech opportunities to improve business strategy. Generate MIS reports, revenue reports, pipeline status, and sales forecasts for management review. Handle merchant escalations and ensure high-quality customer experience. Identify strategic partnership opportunities with aggregators, resellers, banks, and enterprise businesses. Ensure achievement of assigned KPIs, revenue goals, merchant activation targets, and transaction benchmarks. Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Merchant Acquiring, Payment Gateway Sales, or FinTech Solutions. Strong knowledge of: o Acquiring o Payment Gateway Solutions o UPI & QR Payments o POS Machines o Merchant Sound Box Solutions o Banking & FinTech ecosystem Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong negotiation and revenue generation capabilities. Ability to manage enterprise and SME client relationships professionally. Experience in B2B sales and strategic business development. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work under revenue-driven and target-based environment. Preferred Candidate Profile Existing network in fintech, banking, retail, or merchant ecosystem preferred. Experience working with payment aggregators, banks, NBFCs, or SaaS companies will be an added advantage. Strong understanding of transaction flow, settlements, MDR, and merchant lifecycle.
Pay: ₹40,976.06 - ₹80,257.21 per month
