Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telecaller / Relationship Executive to support student and client acquisition for our EdTech and IT training/services offerings. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, passionate about guiding students and professionals, and capable of converting inquiries into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Explain courses, career opportunities, and services.
- Convert leads into admissions/business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain relationships.
- Schedule demo sessions, counseling, and webinars.
- Maintain records in CRM and track performance.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
