The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue through corporate clients, travel agents, and B2B partnerships. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets for room bookings, group business, and events.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, travel agents, and B2B partners
- Generate leads for room bookings, group bookings, MICE, and long stays
- Build and expand strong corporate and agent network
2. Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct daily client meetings, sales calls, and presentations
- Plan and execute sales visits as per defined calendar
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle client negotiations, quotations, and closures
- Ensure repeat business and long-term tie-ups
4. Market Coverage
- Cover assigned territories (MP, CG, Maharashtra, etc.)
- Maintain database of active and potential clients
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR), MIS, and sales forecast
- Update CRM/Google Sheets regularly
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with reservation, operations, and accounts teams
- Ensure smooth execution of bookings and guest requirements
- Follow up on payments and collections
7. Revenue Generation
- Focus on increasing room nights, safari bookings, and package sales
- Promote all resort properties (Leharsa, Gourissa, Pandav Retreat, etc.)
- Upsell and cross-sell hotel services and experiences
8. Target & Performance Management
- Maintain minimum daily meetings/calls as per company policy
- Ensure conversion of leads into confirmed business
- Track conversion ratio and pipeline
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/Quarterly revenue achievement
- Number of meetings/visits conducted
- Conversion ratio
- New client acquisition
- Repeat business percentage
- Collection efficiency
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
- 3–6+ years of experience in hotel/resort sales (Corporate/B2B)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good network with corporate clients and travel agents
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Strong local and regional market knowledge
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
