Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontist to join our premier dental laboratory team. In this specialized role, you will bridge the gap between advanced clinical requirements and precise laboratory fabrication. You will oversee the design, quality control, and execution of complex prosthodontic cases—including full-mouth reconstructions, implant-supported restorations, and digital workflows—ensuring the highest standard of patient care and restoration accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Diagnostics & Treatment Planning: Review incoming complex cases, physical impressions, and digital scans to determine optimal material selection and restoration design.
- Laboratory Quality Assurance: Inspect and approve frameworks, ceramic work, and implant prosthetics at various stages of production to ensure strict adherence to clinical standards and prescription specifications.
- Digital Dentistry Oversight: Lead and optimize digital workflows, including CAD/CAM designing, 3D printing, and digital smile design (DSD).
- Clinical Liaison: Act as the primary consultant for submitting dentists, answering complex technical questions, and trouble-shooting fit, occlusion, or esthetic issues.
- R&D and Training: Keep the laboratory at the forefront of dental technology by evaluating new materials/techniques and conducting internal training for dental technicians.
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
