About the Role The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and requirements. The role involves preprocessing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights and optimizing AI models for performance and scalability. The ideal candidate will stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, ensuring AI solutions adhere to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and requirements.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in AI project development.

Requirements
- Develop AI solutions using programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Utilize AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Apply strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Possess 4-6 years of experience in AI and machine learning.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in tools such as Jupyter Notebook, Visual Studio Code (VS Code), Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenCV, YOLO, and OpenAI Gym.
- Experience with development environments, data processing tools, visualization tools, NLP libraries, computer vision libraries, and reinforcement learning libraries.
