1. Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
2. Meeting Management
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents.
- Record minutes of meetings and circulate action points.
- Follow up on pending actions and commitments.
3. Communication Coordination
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and distribute letters, reports, presentations, and other communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
4. Document Management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and properly archived.
5. Office Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange procurement when required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and visits.
6. Executive Assistance
- Support executives in daily business activities and special projects.
- Track important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards as required.
- Assist in policy implementation and communication.
7. Confidentiality and Compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of company information, management discussions, and strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Safeguard sensitive documents and records.
8. MIS and Reporting
- Compile and submit periodic reports to management.
- Maintain records of key business activities and decisions.
- Coordinate data collection from departments for management review.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
