Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Manager with strong expertise in HR compliance to ensure the organization adheres to all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies. The role will oversee compliance across the employee lifecycle, manage statutory requirements, and support HR audits and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
- Manage HR audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliant processes for hiring, onboarding, employee records, and exits.
- Support POSH compliance and employee grievance handling.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR compliance and labor laws.
- Good knowledge of statutory regulations and HR documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with statutory filings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹25,128.99 - ₹40,510.84 per month
