We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Managed Services, and Consulting solutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers, vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations, timely quotations, order processing, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day sales activities.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, product availability, and lead times.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with procurement and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
- Track order status until successful delivery and project completion.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Support tender documentation and bid submissions.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective coordination.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,284.43 per month
