Requirements and skills
1. Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Electronic / ENTC.
2. Min. 10 to 15 years of experience in Quality field.
3. Well verse with quality tools and methodologies such as RCA (Root Cause Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
4. Experience with quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485.
5. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
7. Experience in approval of Electrical & Electronic Component samples, including component qualification and validation.
8. Experience in Electronic Sample Approval (Electronic Components, PCB Assemblies, and related materials).
9. Hands-on experience in testing, troubleshooting, inspection, and quality evaluation of Electrical & Electronic Equipment, Components, and PCB Assemblies.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Lead quality inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities for Electrical & Electronic Equipment, Components, PCB Assemblies, and Finished Products.
3. Ensure that quality policies, procedures, and documentation are effectively communicated and followed throughout.
4. Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, and Supplier teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Evaluate supplier quality performance and ensure that purchased materials and components meet Minilec's quality standards.
6. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
