We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of production machinery, utilities, and plant equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance activities for production machinery and utilities.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor refrigeration, compressors, boilers, DG sets, and utility systems.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities.
- Lead and guide maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing/FMCG/food processing industry.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and utility equipment.
- Basic understanding of PLCs, electrical panels, and mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
