Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AEM architecture, team leadership, and end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Lead the development team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Define and enforce AEM best practices, coding standards, and architecture guidelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization activities.
- Support AEM upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives.
- Mentor developers and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall software development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Components, Templates, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and DAM.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), and Servlets.
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise AEM implementations.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and system integrations.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have
- Adobe Experience Manager certifications.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Campaign.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in headless CMS implementations and GraphQL.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and containerization technologies.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and architecture decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
