Job Summary
We are looking for an execution-focused Ops Lead – Revenue Tech & Automation to build and manage our CRM, automation, AI tools, dashboards, and sales operations systems for premium real estate projects.
The role will focus on improving lead management, response time, CRM discipline, sales conversion, WhatsApp automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, and revenue tracking.
The ideal candidate should understand sales processes, CRM systems, automation tools, and data-driven operations with the ability to create efficient systems that improve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Build structured lead funnels from enquiry to closure.
- Improve lead response time, follow-ups, and sales team accountability.
- Implement WhatsApp automation and AI-assisted sales workflows.
- Create dashboards and reports to track leads, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.
- Manage landing pages, lead capture systems, and marketing funnel coordination.
- Support HNI/NRI sales funnels and high-value customer journeys.
- Create sales enablement tools including scripts, templates, follow-up systems, and reports.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, creative teams, and technology vendors.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in:

- Marketing Automation
- Business Operations
- Experience with CRM tools, dashboards, automation workflows, and AI tools.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Ability to work closely with sales teams and improve execution.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and process mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience with:
- Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Salesforce / LeadSquared
- WhatsApp API platforms
- Zapier / Make / automation tools
- ChatGPT and AI productivity tools
- Landing pages and digital funnels
- Dashboard creation and analytics
Preferred Background: Real estate, PropTech, luxury sales, hospitality, fintech, or high-ticket B2C sales.
