Job Responsibilities
- Generate new distributor, retailer, and dealer network for bottled water products
- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, canteens, and offices daily
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Appoint and manage distributors in assigned territory
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, and customer demand
- Coordinate with factory and dispatch team for timely deliveries
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer visit records
- Follow up for outstanding payments and collections
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–5 years experience in FMCG, beverages, water, or field sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally for field visits
- Knowledge of local market and retail network preferred
- Basic smartphone and WhatsApp reporting knowledge
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in:
- Packaged drinking water
- FMCG distribution
- Beverage sales
- Retail market expansion
- Channel sales
