Responsibilities:-
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain continuous relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities from existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and innovative solutions to stay ahead.
- Develop strategies to expand client base and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order execution.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve processes and offerings.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, or printing and packaging.
- Excellent communication, lead generation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with industrial sales cycles and client handling in B2B environments.
