JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT MANAGER
Designation Asst Manager – Finance

Key Responsibility

Attending Queries on day-to-day Operations.

Budget & Forecasting – Preparation of Budget for Expenditure and Capex and monitor spending, forecast future financial performance, and ensure proper resource allocation.

MIS – Preparation of Monthly MIS report and submitting to the Management for review.

Stock Management – Finished and Semi Finished goods maintenance – Stock inward, Stock movement, Stock Processing, Invoicing etc.
- Audits & Analysis: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, while also investigating and rectifying financial discrepancies.

Accounts Payables/Compliance – Payment Processing - Subsidiaries Payments –
Shall be responsible for all the payments and ensure that all the invoices are accounted in the accounting software timely.

Control Accounts Reconciliation’s & BRS - Plantation
Shall be responsible for Control AccountReconciliations among Group and All Bank Reconciliations pertaining to Accounts Payable

Purchase & Services Accounting - Plantation
Shall be responsible for accounting of all invoices / bills received at corporate office and ensure there should not be any duplication / error in accounting

GST and TDS Compliances - Plantation
Shall be responsible for reconciliation and timely payment of all statutory (TCS / TDS deductions, Recovery and Reco, GST Outputs/ Input Reports, GSTR 2A Reconciliation and Recovery etc…)

Creditors Ageing Report & Reconciliations - Plantation
Shall be responsible of Reconciliation of Creditors, Sundry Advance and Liabilities.

Renewals: Monitoring Insurance, AMC, and other subscriptions.

Fixed Asset management - Physical verification, Coding, Tagging, Addition, Deletion, Sale and Scrap.
