ITI Fitter
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking ITI Fitter to assemble, install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and machinery. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, use fitting tools, and ensure machines operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and equipment as per drawings/specifications
- Perform fitting, drilling, grinding, cutting, and alignment work
- Install and maintain machines, pipes, conveyors, pumps, and mechanical systems
- Inspect equipment for faults and carry out repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments properly
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Ensure workplace safety and follow company SOPs
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work

Required Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance

Qualifications
- ITI Certificate in Fitter Trade
- Apprenticeship experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety practices
Experience
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering industries

Salary Range (India)
- Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts may be required
- Physical work involving lifting, standing, and machine handling
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per hour
