Client Services Manager – Indore
Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Services Manager to join Jay Chugh Photography in Indore. You will manage client relationships for our premium photography services and ensure an outstanding experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients booking Wedding Photography, Pre-Wedding Shoots, Candid Photography, Maternity Shoots, Baby Shoots, and Wedding Films
- Handle inquiries, bookings, scheduling, and coordination for shoots across Indore and outstation locations
- Guide clients through packages, timelines, and deliverables (photos, albums, videos, same-day edits)
- Resolve client concerns and ensure smooth project execution with the photography & videography team
- Collect feedback and work on enhancing client satisfaction for memorable moments
- Maintain client records, follow-ups, and post-delivery support
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / customer relations (wedding or creative industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Passion for photography and understanding of wedding/pre-wedding processes is a big plus
- Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines in a dynamic environment
- Based in Indore or ready to relocate
