QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry/Polymer Science), or a related discipline.
- Additional coursework or certification in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management tools.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the polymer, plastics, chemicals, manufacturing, sales, customer service, or operations sectors will be preferred.
- Internship, industrial training, academic projects, or exposure to polymer processing and applications will be considered valuable.
- Experience with customer interaction, order management, data analysis, or sales coordination is an added advantage.
Skills
- Basic understanding of polymer materials such as PP, PE, PVC, and PET and their industrial applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, filters, and data organization.
- Willingness to learn industry processes, pricing management, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong professional discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
