Role summary
We are looking for a technically strong, hands-on Team Lead who can architect, code, guide, and deliver across the full technology spectrum — frontend, backend, mobile, AI/ML, IIoT, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. You will own end-to-end project delivery, mentor a cross-functional team, and act as the technical bridge between business requirements and deployed solutions.
Key responsibilities
Technical leadership
- Lead architecture decisions across web, mobile, backend, AI/ML, and IIoT modules
- Write, review, and own production-grade code across the stack
- Enforce coding standards, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines
- Design RESTful / SOAP / SAP CPI API integrations
- Set up and maintain server, cloud (Azure/AWS), and DevOps infrastructure
Delivery & people
- Translate client requirements into actionable sprint plans and tech specs
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers across domains
- Drive project delivery with quality, timeline, and cost discipline
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and the CEO directly
- Conduct code reviews, sprint retrospectives, and technical demos

Must-have qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on software development; 1–2+ years in a lead or senior role
- Proven delivery of end-to-end projects covering web + mobile + backend + cloud
- Experience with AI/ML model development and deployment in production environments
- Working knowledge of IIoT systems — sensors, data acquisition, real-time dashboards
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and security best practices
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Good to have
- Experience with SAP integration (SAP CPI, BAPI, RFC, OData)
- Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or predictive maintenance systems
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / smart manufacturing concepts
- Familiarity with ERP systems (custom or SAP) and enterprise workflow automation
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development
- Defence, aerospace, or automotive domain exposure is a plus

Pay: ₹379,554.66 - ₹631,624.32 per year
