# Job Description – HR Generalist ### Position Details * **Job Title:** HR Generalist * **Location:** Bhubaneswar * **Experience Required:** 3+ Years * **Employment Type:** Full-Time * **Salary:** Negotiable (Based on Experience & Performance) --- ## About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance management, and client coordination. --- ## Key Responsibilities ### 1. Recruitment & Staffing * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. * Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and networking channels. * Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments. * Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand manpower requirements. * Manage employee onboarding and induction processes. ### 2. Core HR Operations * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases. * Prepare HR reports and MIS reports. * Support performance appraisal and employee development activities. * Draft HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee communications. ### 3. Employee Relations & Engagement * Address employee queries and grievances. * Organize employee engagement and welfare activities. * Foster a positive work culture and employee satisfaction. * Facilitate effective communication between management and employees. ### 4. Payroll & Compliance * Coordinate payroll processing and salary inputs. * Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company HR policies. * Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements. * Support audits and compliance documentation activities. ### 5.
