- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build capabilities and foster continuous learning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
