Experience: Fresher and 1-4 YearsKey Responsibilities
· Testing & Analysis: Perform accurate qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
· Instrument Handling: Operate and calibrate standard laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLC, GC, Karl Fischer, Spectrophotometer, pH meters, and viscometers).
· Process Monitoring: Assist production teams by providing timely and accurate analysis of in-process samples to ensure batches meet specifications.
· Documentation: Maintain meticulous logs of all test results, calibration records, and laboratory notebooks in compliance with safety and quality management systems (ISO/GMP).
· Solution Preparation: Prepare and standardize chemical reagents, volumetric solutions, and sample indicators.
· Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols, including the correct handling of hazardous chemicals and proper disposal of lab waste.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic, Analytical, or Industrial Chemistry).
· Experience: Fresher & 1 to 4 years of proven experience in an industrial chemical manufacturing laboratory or QA/QC setup.
· Technical Skills: Strong understanding of chemical testing methods, titration techniques, and analytical instrumentation.
· Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
