Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Back Office Executive / Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working with documents, data, and office communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and maintenance of records and databases
- Preparing and updating reports, spreadsheets, and documents
- Handling emails, correspondence, and filing systems
- Assisting with customer/vendor follow-ups and coordination
- Supporting management with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Performing other office support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior office experience is preferred but not mandatory
