*Location:* Thane, Mumbai
*Qualification Required:*
- Background in Psychology / Special Education / MSW preferred
- Experience working with children with special needs is an advantage
*Role & Responsibilities:*
- Provide 1:1 shadow support to a student in a mainstream school setup
- Assist with academics, behavior, and social skills
- Coordinate with class teacher, therapists, and parents
- Maintain daily reports and progress notes
*Salary:* ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
*Timings:* School hours
