Responsibilities:
- Oversee salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Manage and motivate staff, conduct meetings, and provide feedback
- Handle customer relations and resolve service concerns
- Maintain inventory, product sales, and salon hygiene standards
- Drive business growth through promotions and client engagement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in salon management or beauty industry leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team and deliver excellent customer service
- Knowledge of salon treatments and products is a plus
