Telecaller – Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Lidhu & Co.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain our services and respond to customer enquiries.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer and lead details.
- Convert interested leads into potential customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the team and provide regular updates.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and friendly attitude.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage.
