Postion - Sr. Product Designer
Location - Gurgaon sector -14
Key Responsibilities
Design and conceptualize new packaging formats, gift hampers, and product presentations across price bandsTranslate market trends and customer insights into fresh, sellable product designsCollaborate with category management and merchandising teams on new launches and seasonal campaigns (Rakhi, Valentine's, Anniversary, etc.)Create mood boards, sketches, and prototypes for new SKU developmentEnsure design consistency across product lines while balancing cost, feasibility, and appealWork closely with vendors/manufacturing partners to bring designs to life
Requirements
- Degree/diploma from NIFT (or equivalent design institute) — Product Design, Accessory Design, or related discipline preferred
- 0–3 years experience (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)
- Strong sketching, prototyping, and visualization skills
- Understanding of materials, packaging techniques, and production costs
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar)
- Passion for gifting, floral, and lifestyle products
