Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Understand customer needs and share suitable solutions.
- Assist with limited sales-related conversations as per process requirement.
- Maintain customer records and call updates.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

- Excellent English communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
