VIBES Healthcare Ltd. is one of India's leading wellness, beauty, slimming, and dermatology clinic chains with multiple centers across the country. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our Vaishali Nagar Clinic Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor clinic staff to achieve business targets.
- Drive sales, revenue, and customer retention initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor appointments, client feedback, and service quality.
- Coordinate with corporate teams for recruitment, training, and administration.
- Prepare and maintain clinic MIS reports and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Clinic Management, Wellness, Healthcare, Beauty, or Hospitality Industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in sales target achievement and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
