We are looking for a DGCA-certified Drone Pilot who is passionate about aerial mapping, construction monitoring, and field technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrone Operations
- Plan and execute drone flights for construction monitoring and site documentation.
- Capture high-quality aerial photographs and videos.
- Perform automated and manual drone flights while complying with DGCA regulations.
- Maintain flight logs and ensure safe drone operations.
Mapping & Survey
- Execute drone surveys for Orthomosaic generation.
- Configure flight parameters including:
- Altitude
- Ground Sampling Distance (GSD)
- Front & Side Overlap
- Capture Ground Control Points (GCPs).
- Coordinate with survey teams during mapping activities.
360° Site Documentation
- Capture 360° virtual tours of construction sites using specialized cameras.
- Follow standard capture guidelines for consistent documentation.
- Upload and organize captured data.
Equipment Management
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of drones and accessories.
- Ensure batteries, sensors, and equipment are in good working condition.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (Small Category or above)
- 1–3 years of hands-on drone flying experience
- Experience with DJI drones (Mavic 3 Enterprise preferred)
- Good understanding of flight planning and aerial data capture
- Willingness to travel across project sites
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Orthomosaic Mapping
- Basic understanding of Photogrammetry
- Knowledge of GIS concepts
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, or Survey projects
- Experience capturing 360° virtual tours will be an added advantage
