We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across clinical and allied health roles in the US market.
- Handle end-to-end US healthcare recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Recruit healthcare professionals such as Physicians, Nurses, CRNAs, LCSWs, Therapists, and Allied Health staff
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and networking
- Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, certifications, experience, and communication skills
- Coordinate interviews with US healthcare facilities and hiring managers
- Work closely with account managers to understand job requirements and timelines
- Manage credentialing documentation including licenses, certifications, immunization records, and background checks
- Negotiate compensation, contracts, and employment terms
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare hiring standards, HIPAA guidelines, and documentation requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in US Healthcare Recruitment / Staffing
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, specialties, and credentialing processes
- Knowledge of US licensure and certifications (RN, LPN, NP, MD, DO, CRNA, LCSW, etc.)
- Familiarity with US time zones and client communication practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and healthcare staffing agencies
- Knowledge of visa categories applicable to healthcare professionals (US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, TN, OPT)
- Experience with MSP/VMS platforms (e.g., ShiftWise, Beeline, Fieldglass)
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills
