About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Technical BDE to join our growth team in Indore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business and technology by identifying, bidding on, and closing international web and mobile development projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and manage active bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze global client requirements (Web, App, Custom Software) and write high-quality technical proposals.
- Handle end-to-end client communication, from the initial pitch to negotiation and deal closure.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a BDE/Bidder in an IT service company.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A strong conceptual understanding of modern software technologies (SDLC, web/mobile frameworks).
