Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex business agreements, including vendor contracts, employment terms, and partnership deals.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all corporate activities, internal policies, and procedures comply with local and national laws.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and guard the company against legal risks, liabilities, and potential litigation.
- Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, arbitrations, or mediations.
- Corporate Transactions: Provide legal support for strategic initiatives like mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and equity financing.
- Stakeholder Advising: Counsel executives and senior management on legal rights, duties, and corporate strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent law degree.
- Licensure: An active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: Typically 4+ years of experience in corporate law, either in-house or at a prominent law firm.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical and critical thinking, exceptional contract drafting abilities, and firm knowledge of corporate law.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
