Key Responsibilities
✔ Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and caregivers with a warm and professional approach
✔ Answer and direct phone calls, patient inquiries, and appointment requests
✔ schedule appointments and manage the front desk efficiently
✔ Handle patient registrations, records, emails, and office correspondence
✔ Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and internal teams for smooth daily operations
✔ Maintain front office records and provide administrative support
Requirements
✔ 1 –2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (Healthcare experience preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Professional attitude with a patient-first approach
