Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR & Compliance Executive with hands-on exposure in factory / manufacturing environment.
The role involves managing HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance, along with improving internal processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance, leave & payroll processing
- Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & statutory compliance
- Maintain statutory registers & records
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & Factory Act
- Handle employee documentation (joining, exit, records)
- Support in audits and inspections
- Coordinate internally for process improvements
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in HR + Payroll + Compliance
- Must have experience in factory / manufacturing setup
- Good knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
- Practical experience in payroll processing
- Good communication and ownership mindset
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently working in factories / export houses
- Experience handling audits & compliance documentation
