Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and process-driven Process Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational processes, ensure smooth coordination across teams, maintain workplace discipline, and monitor overall process compliance. The role requires strong follow-up skills, operational ownership, and the ability to maintain system hygiene across tools like Jira Etc.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily operational processes across departments.

Ensure proper implementation and adherence to company processes and SOPs.

Act as a floor manager to monitor daily activities, employee coordination, and workplace discipline.

Maintain professional work culture, operational discipline, and process compliance on the floor.

Conduct regular follow-ups with teams to ensure timely task completion.

Track pending tasks, escalations, and operational bottlenecks.

Coordinate with different teams to streamline communication and workflow.
Prepare daily/weekly process reports and status trackers.
Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and teams for process execution.

Support management in maintaining productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Maintain Jira hygiene by ensuring:

Proper ticket creation and assignment

Accurate task updates and closures

Sprint/task tracking

Removal of duplicate or inactive tasks
Maintain HubSpot hygiene by ensuring:

Proper CRM updates

Accurate lead and customer data management

Follow-up tracking and stage updates

Removal of duplicate or incorrect records
Required Skills
