Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment, support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, and inspire a love for learning through engaging activities and play-based education.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Create a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support children's developmental milestones through hands-on learning experiences.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
- Encourage positive behavior and social interaction among children.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, nurturing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Creativity in planning engaging learning experiences.
