Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operation Executives to oversee daily facility operations in hospitals across our various sites in Bengaluru region. The candidate will coordinate manpower, housekeeping, maintenance support, client communication, and ensure smooth execution of hospital facility services for our sites in health care industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor day-to-day sites facility operations
- Supervise housekeeping, support staff, and site supervisors
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower across sites
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Coordinate with hospital administration for operational requirements
- Maintain service quality as per hospital standards and SOPs
- Handle staff attendance, shift scheduling, and leave management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols
- Resolve client complaints and operational issues promptly
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff
- Coordinate with HR, accounts, and procurement departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Diploma/Certification in Hospital Administration or Facility Management preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital facility management or healthcare operations
- Experience in handling housekeeping and support services preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting systems
