Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in field sales. The candidate should be comfortable working on the field, meeting customers, generating new orders, and managing existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers in assigned areas to generate new business
- Take orders from existing and new clients
- Achieve sales targets and business growth goals
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
- Ensure timely follow-ups and order closures
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
- Comfortable with field work and traveling daily
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate and close orders independently
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting (preferred)
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
