Key Responsibilities:
- Teach diamond fundamentals including grading, sorting, polishing basics, certification, and industry practices.
- Conduct practical and theory sessions for students at different learning levels.
- Teach digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing, online branding, lead generation, and basics of selling jewellery online.
- Design lesson plans, presentations, and training materials.
- Stay updated with current diamond industry trends and digital marketing practices.
- Guide students on career opportunities and industry expectations.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the diamond or jewellery industry
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, especially for jewellery or luxury products
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple, practical manner
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
