Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in managing inventory and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Handle inventory management (stock control, replenishment, shrinkage)
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with vendors and manage stock procurement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
- 3–4 years of experience in retail/store management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS systems, billing software)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Sales-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the retail industry
- Strong customer handling and conflict resolution skills
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
