Arcos Group of Companies is hiring a Telecaller to handle outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings.
- Maintain customer records and daily call reports.
Requirements
- 12th Paas/Graduate in any discipline.
- attitude and customer-focused approach.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in Customer Support.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Job Location: Emaar Colonnade, Golf Course, Ext Rd, Sector 66, Gurgaon 122018
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
