About the Role
Kaasma Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns, along with a passion for marketing and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and marketing materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytical reports.
- Coordinate photography and videography for projects, events, and client locations.
- Conduct location visits for content creation and brand promotion.
- Support lead generation and online branding initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Own Laptop.
- Own Two-Wheeler with valid Driving License.
- Willingness to travel for work assignments.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
- Basic Photography and Camera Handling Skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong communication and content writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
