Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced Site Supervisor (Finishing & Services) to manage day-to-day on-site finishing works, services coordination, material inspections, and site documentation. Working under the guidance of the Senior Civil Engineer, you will directly oversee field labor, verify finishing quality against architectural details, and coordinate basic MEP service clearances.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Site Supervision: Supervise specialized finishing trades, masons, painters, tilers, and subcontractors during plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, and doors/windows installation.
- Services & MEP Coordination: Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper placement of electrical conduits, plumbing lines, drainage points, and core cuts prior to closing ceilings and wet-area finishes.
- Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct pre-execution and stage-wise inspections for line, level, plumb, surface finish, and hollow tiling checks. Carry out quality checks as directed by the Senior Engineer and MEP consultants, logging results into QA registers.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and record daily work output against planned targets; maintain labor productivity and resolve routine site snags quickly.
- Material Tracking & Reconciliation: Verify incoming delivery receipts (challans) for finishing materials (tiles, marble, sanitaryware, paint, adhesives, fixtures), inspect materials for damage, and prevent storage wastage.
- Site Documentation & Safety: Assist in preparing the Daily Progress Report (DPR), log daily labor and equipment headcounts, and enforce strict on-site safety and mandatory PPE compliance (helmets, safety shoes, gloves, safety harnesses).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Higher Secondary (Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Execution is a plus), with working proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven on-site supervisory experience focused on internal and external finishing works in residential or commercial high-rise projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of architectural drawings, finishing details, surface preparation, and snag-list clearance.
- Software Proficiency (Optional): Basic familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, or AutoCAD.
- Key Strengths: Strong ground-level labor handling, keen eye for aesthetic detail and quality, physical stamina for daily site walk-throughs, and clear verbal communication.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
